Sonia Roselli Beauty: Last sale before Black Friday

Friday, June 30, 2017

Disclaimer: If you've read past blog posts I've done about Sonia Roselli products you'll know that I'm friends with her but I buy and use her skincare products out of my own pocket. That said, links to products in this blog post are affiliate links where I earn 10% from the sales any products purchased.

Sonia is at it again! She had to place an order with her manufacturers and decided to do a sale for those wanting to purchase her items. This will be the final sale until Black Friday so if you want to try Sex-A-Peel, Water Balm, or Japanese Cleansing Oil NOW might be a good time to pick it up. If you're outside of the US I'll have a link (non-affiliate) to ShipItTo that you can look into using to ship to you as some countries have restrictions.

Oh and before I forget, if you have ANY allergies or sensitivities take a look at the ingredients in each individual product to make sure there's nothing in the products that can cause a reaction on your skin. I'm including the ingredients and product sizes below so you can make an informed choice.

Water Balm

I'm in love with Water Balm. I hate being out of it, when I'm out, and I hate having to use other products. Sure there are many hyaluronic "water drop creams" out there from various companies and I've tried different ones from a very popular Korean brand to a very popular Korean brand that's now found in Sephora, but all leave my skin feeling tight and dry like I have milk skin which to me isn't a pleasant feeling. Water Balm is the only product that makes my skin feel absolutely hydrated for a long period of time.

What makes Water Balm different than other moisturizers is this is very lightweight and it leaves your skin feeling hydrated.

Ingredients: onsen-sui (JTN), butylene glycol, dimethicone, cetyl ethylhexanoate, rosa damascena flower water, glycerin, cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone/PEG-10/15 crosspolymer, betaine, serine, vaccinium myrtillus fruit extract, saccharum officinarum (sugarcane) extract, sodium PCA, hydrolyzed silk, behenyl alcohol, sorbital, citrus limon (lemon) fruit extract, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) fruit extract, oryza sativa (rice) lees extract, polyglyceryl-10 pentastearate, saxifraga sarmentosa extract, glycosphingolipids, ginkgo biloba leaf extract, acer saccharum (sugarmaple) extract, hydrolyzed rice extract, lactobacillus/soy milk ferment filtrate, camellia sinensis leaf extract, sodium stearoyl lactylate, ceramide 3, glycine, prunus persica (peach) leaf extract, glutamic acid, hydrogenated lecithin, glycine soja (soybean) seed extract, alanine, arginine, lysine, natto gum, threonine, lysolecithin, proline, prunus mume fruit extract, sodium chloride, water, phenoxyethanol

Liquid: 10.4 fl. oz

Sale price: $35

So I have a love-hate relationship with Sex-A-Peel. I absolutely love it, and again I've tried a few other products that are similar but between price point and what it does, Sex-A-Peel hands down wins time after time. So why do I hate it? Because I want a vat of it to swim in but can I have a vat of this stuff to swim in? No. LOL But seriously, I and two of my kids have keratosis pilaris, better known as chicken bump skin, on our arms and Sex-A-Peel is the only product that I can spray, rub the area, and wipe it down removing the dead skin that's trapping the hair. It's even safe on tattoos. There is another product on the market that's a gel formula that I also like but it's less than 2 ounces and costs more than Sex-A-Peel.

Downside to Sex-A-Peel for those new using it. If you have fine facial hair the product can ball up and stick to the hair. To remove it you need to use a warm wash cloth, apply to the area, and gentle rub in a downward manner to remove the little ball of product. If you have the Japanese Cleansing Oil that does help break down the Sex-A-Peel balls from the facial hair.

Ingredients: water, butylene glycol, carbomer, citric acid, salvia officinalis (sage) leaf extract, pyrus malus (apple) fruit extract, citrus limon (lemon) fruit extract, actinidia chinensis (kiwi) fruit extract, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, mangifera indica (mango) seed oil, argania spinosa kernel oil, adansonia digitata seed oil, hamamelis, virginiana (witch hazel) extract, musa sapientum (banana) fruit extract, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, hydrolyzed viola tricolor extract, glycolic acid, sodium chloride, polyepsilon-lysine, disodium EDTA, fragrance

IF you want both Water Balm and Sex-A-Peel together she does have a duo set on sale for $79 for the two which is an additional $9 less than buying each individually.

And don't forget that the Japanese Brush Soap is still available for pre-order - $20 each OR three for $45 OR six for $72. IF you pre-order the soap do it as a separate order from the rest of the sale because the soap won't ship until August and the rest of the products in this sale should ship before that time.
