As of 9 AM April 2, 2018 Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics website is offline with this notice:
Our website is temporarily offline, in the interim, shop OCC at Riley Rose, Urban Outfitters & Nordstrom!

For the last several weeks many of us have noticed that OCC has had an influx of sales with their last one - a $10 Flash Sale - happening in mid-March and lasting until about the last week of March. After the sale ended the website went into "Maintenance" mode which lasted until April 1, after which on April 2 that message listed above was now on the site.
Their Instagram and Twitter accounts are deleted. Their Facebook account remains up for now while their YouTube channel is up but labeled as "Hill Valley" will all videos deleted. Wayback Machine last archived their site on March 28 when it was still a full site and Google cached their site in maintenance mode on April 1. Furthermore, to compound the mystery if they went out of business or not is OCC is no longer sold on Beautylish (not sure when they stopped selling it though Wayback Machine shows it was still sold as of November 2017). Sephora also stopped carrying the brand a while back. It's still listed on Nordstrom, Riley Rose, and Urban Outfitters as well as Camera Ready Cosmetics and Nigel Beauty Emporium.
So did OCC go out of business, were they hacked, or is this a hiatus in an attempt to come back? Only time will tell right now since no official word from OCC has been made.
Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics was located at:

MONDAY - SATURDAY: 11:00AM - 7:00PM
SUNDAY: 12:00PM - 6:00PM
EDIT: Beauty Sleuth called Theory of Gaia, which was next door to OCC, and was told by the person who answered that OCC is gone. So it looks like OCC is indeed out of business.
EDIT 4/4/2018: Sometime between last night (10 PM Eastern) and this morning (10 AM Eastern) the OCC Facebook page was deleted. David Klasfeld-Whitten, creator and owner of Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, never released an official statement and simply "disappeared into the night". Whatever happened with the business we'll probably never know.
For those of you with pending orders from OCC the ONLY way to communicate with them is via email. I have heard from one person that they ARE getting a refund for a store credit they had but she has, as of this update, received it. I have to admit, right now I'm getting sketchy vibes from OCC on refunds as this reminds me very much of Bondi NYC and how Richard just up and deleted all of his social media accounts and closed up shop. So many people had to file disputes with their bank, credit card companies, or with Paypal to get a refund. If you placed an order during the Flash Sale and do not receive your order within the next two weeks you can dispute the charges with your bank/credit card company/Paypal. Please contact your financial institution to see how long you have as some companies give you only 30 days while some give up to 120 days (or more).
