Birchbox delays!

I am so jealous of those who already got their boxes. Looks like mine will be delayed a few days which means I probably won't see my box until March. :( *sigh* Oh well, I'll live. I hope those on the East Coast are warm and safe.

Dear Birchbox Customer,

Due to the severe winter conditions caused by Storm Nemo, your February Birchbox will be delayed. Your box was scheduled to ship by the 10th but it will now ship no later than Wednesday, February 13th. We will email you with tracking information as soon as your box has shipped.

As of Friday evening, our shipping carrier UPS suspended pickups from our warehouse due to dangerous road conditions. In addition, the storm is causing our labor crews to run short-staffed over the weekend which is preventing us from finishing final production on your boxes. We are doing everything in our power to make up for these setbacks and expedite the production and shipment of your box.

We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience. If you or your family live in the area, we hope you are safe and warm and drinking plenty of hot cocoa.

Our customer service team will be back in the offices Monday morning and ready to help you with any questions.
